Is it heavy?

Does it keep water cold?
No — single-wall glass has no insulation. This is a bottle for taste and purity, not temperature. If you want cold-all-day, that is a vacuum-insulated steel bottle, and the trade is that you cannot see inside it.
How do you clean the sleeve?
It peels off and goes in the dishwasher with the bottle. Do that occasionally — the space between sleeve and glass is the one place a glass bottle can hide grime, and it is the reason to buy a bottle whose sleeve actually comes off.
