How do you use a tablet?
Chew one until it is a paste, then brush with a wet brush. It foams less than tube paste, which people read as "not working" for the first few days. Foam is a surfactant effect, not a cleaning measurement.
Do they contain fluoride?
Check the specific product, because tablet brands vary and many are fluoride-free. If you want fluoride, buy a version that states it. We are not going to make that call for you on a shopping page.
Are they good for travel?
Better than paste, because they are not a liquid and cannot burst in a bag. Counting out a week’s tablets into a small tin is the lightest toothpaste option there is.
